This month, Business Insider wrote an article on one of the latest technologies which could revolutionize the shopping experience. The article introduces a “shopbot” from Glamix which would allow shoppers to snap a picture of an outfit to find out where it is from.
All the user needs to do is send a picture to the Glamix Facebook Messenger and the AI-bot uses image recognition and automatic responses to send back suggestions of the exact or similar products.
